Rooms & Rates

All apartments have three(3) bedrooms You may rent the entire apartment and three(3) bedrooms or you may rent the apartment and have access to one(1) or two(2) bedrooms only. All rooms have ceiling fans so you may find you do not need air conditioning or hot water also.

Why not take out a lease for minimum of six(6) months at P22500  per month. Discount may be available.  Satelite TV and WiFi access provided free of charge.

One Room

 

The one room option requires that the doors to the other 2 rooms will be locked. The room sleeps a maximum of three adults

Price: PHP 1200 per night for 2 persons.

add  PHP 100 for third person

add PHP 250 for hot water and air conditioning

Two Rooms

 

The two room option requires that the door to the third  room will be locked. Each room sleeps a maximum of three adults

​

Price: PHP 1400 per night for 2 rooms and 4 persons.

add PHP 100 for each of the 5th and 6th person

add PHP 250 for hot water and air conditioning

 

 
Entire Apartment (3 rooms)

 

The entire 3 bedrooms can sleep a maximum of 8 adults.

Price: PHP 1600 per night for 6 persons.

add PHP 100 for each of the 7th and 8th person

add PHP 250 for hot water and air conditioning
